Led by a husband-wife team, Xen Weddings' high-quality images and videos will showcase your day in the best possible way. Our couples love our cinematic style, which allows them to relive the special moments of their wedding day time after time.

Xen Weddings is based in Southern California but has a national reach and services the entire United States with corporate offices in Denver, LA, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, and Boston.

We want to be the easiest vendor you work with during your wedding planning process. We know how stressful it can be. That's why we designed a quick and easy booking process.

FILL OUT THE CONTACT FORM BELOW AND CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE. SOMEONE FROM OUR TEAM WILL RESPOND TO YOU WITHIN AN HOUR.

IF YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE, WE WILL SEND YOU OUR ONLINE CONTRACT FOR YOU TO REVIEW AND SIGN WHICH CAN BE SIGNED ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE OR COMPUTER.

ONCE YOU SIGNED YOUR CONTRACT, YOU WILL SEE AN INVOICE IN YOUR INBOX FOR YOU TO COMPLETE. DON'T WORRY, WE ACCEPT ANY MAJOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

AFTER YOU COMPLETE PAYING YOUR INVOICE, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET A RECEIPT SENT TO YOUR EMAIL FOR YOUR RECORDS.

NEXT, WE WILL SEND OVER A WEDDING DAY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR YOU TO FILL OUT SO WE CAN GET ALL OF THE INFORMATION WE NEED IN ORDER TO BE FULLY PREPARED FOR YOUR BIG DAY!

CLIENT PORTAL
When you book with Xen Weddings, you will get your own client portal that will keep you organized. View your contract and invoice as well as any remaining tasks that you need to complete up to the big day. We want to make this process easy and stress-free.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Please note that we book on a first-come, first-served basis.

We only capture one wedding per day so that we can be fully focused and devoted to our clients.

We will not film or photograph at a private residence. Your wedding must take place at a professional wedding venue.

We are booking 12-14 months in advance. We have limited availability for 2023 so please be sure to book early, if your date is available.
